CANCELLATION

POLICY

Life happens! LUKAS K9 strives to provide flexibility, however, cancellations cannot be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Since most bookings average 3+ days, accepting one job often means forfeiting other opportunities. Please keep this in mind when booking.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY! CONTACT LUKAS K9 WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

ATTENTION BOOKINGS OF 9 DAYS OR LESS:

• Cancellations are free of charge with a fully refundable deposit if you cancel your booking at least 5 days prior to your booking start time. (Ex. If your start time is June 8 at 10am, your booking must be cancelled NO LATER than June 3 at 10am.) No exceptions.

• Cancellations less than 5 days prior to the booking will forfeit their deposit.

  • This allows enough time to book new jobs in place of cancelled ones. This aspect of the policy is especially important for long term jobs, which tend to be the most common.

• The second half of the cost of your booking will process 72 hours prior to the start date and time. Once the second half of the payment has processed, no refunds will be given.

attention bookings of 10 days or more:

• Long term bookings must be cancelled no less than 7 days (ONE WEEK) in advance to receive a full refund. (Ex. If your start time and date is a Monday June 10 at 7am, your booking must be cancelled NO LATER than the prior Monday June 3 at 7am.) No exceptions.

• The second half of the cost of your booking will process 72 hours prior to the start date and time. Once the second half of the payment has processed, no refunds will be given.

attention LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS [JOBS BOOKED 72 HOURS OR LESS] PRIOR TO STARTING:

• There are no refunds for last minute booking cancellations.
