What happens if my dog becomes aggressive and prevents the completion of an already paid for service?

In the rare event that a dog becomes aggressive before a service can start and it’s deemed unsafe for Ben to enter the premises, you will be promptly contacted to discuss the situation and possible resolutions - photos or videos may be provided as necessary. Ensuring the safety of both Ben and the dog(s) is the top priority, which is why Meet & Greets are required before any service begins to mitigate potential issues. Rest assured, such circumstances are EXTREMELY uncommon.

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances surrounding the incident and be determined on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if ben has to cancel a booking?

As with clients, LIFE HAPPENS! If Ben cancels a job prior to the 5 or 7 day cancellation period, you will be refunded your deposit and the second half of payment will never process. If Ben cancels after the 72 hour cancellation period when your entire payment has processed, you will receive a full refund of the processed amount. PLEASE NOTE: THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED, but in an abundance of caution and an effort to think of every possible scenario, we want to assure you there will always be a resolution.

Do I have to create a time to pet account?

All clients wishing to book services with LUKAS K9 must create a Time To Pet account. All scheduling and payments will be done directly through Time To Pet. YOU MAY SCHEDULE A MEET & GREET PRIOR TO SETTING UP A TIME TO PET ACCOUNT, however, in order to proceed with the booking process, you MUST have a client profile created..

what if there is a family emergency and i can’t cancel my booking before the 72 hour required time frame?

Unfortunately LUKAS K9 cannot operate on a case-by-case basis. Because LUKAS K9 is a one-man show, when one job is accepted, other jobs are passed up in its place. The Cancellation Policy is meant to be as flexible as possible for everyone. Apologies in advance for any inconveniences.
