IMPORTANT reminders

• If you have specific needs or requests for your pup (longer stay times at your home, exercise needs, dietary restrictions, specific care requests, etc.) please inform LUKAS K9 before or at the time of booking. Depending on your requests, it may be considered Extensive Care and additional fees may apply.

  • If you have an Extensive Care request, it is recommended that you book as early as possible. Clients often book months in advance to ensure availability. We suggest a minimum of 4-6 weeks prior to your needed start date for the best chance at availability, especially for longer Overnight and Sleepover requests.

  • Again we cannot guarantee availability regardless of how early you try to book services (although last minute bookings are available), but the earlier you book the better chance you have at reserving the dates you need!

• DON’T FORGET TO MAKE TIME FOR THE MANDATORY MEET & GREET!

• You may request an itemized break down of your invoice at any time. Don’t forget to check your Time To Pet (TTP) account for resources! Once you have created a TTP account, sending messages on the platform will ensure the quickest response.

• In order to lock in your service request and reserve your desired job date, agreement to the Lukas K9 Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy and the Services and Policies Agreement is required. Your request will not be completed and your request will not be reserved if you do not agree to the terms of the policies.

• Last minute bookings ARE accepted but NOT guaranteed, as with any service request. For any service requests 72 hours or less prior to your job start time, it is recommended that you call prior to creating a TTP account for the best chance at getting an immediate answer.
